Tom Hayes – Vice President of Operations
Tom Hayes came to Ace Asphalt in 1989 after owning a successful asphalt paving operation for over 5 years. Prior to this, Hayes worked over 14 years in a variety of positions within the construction industry. This experience gives him not only a strong foundation in our industry, but also a deep understanding in many of our operational functions that enable Ace to deliver on our customer expectations on a daily basis.
Hayes began his tenure with Ace as a project estimator early in the development of our New Construction Division. Along with a small team, he helps turn this division into a thriving part of the Ace family of businesses. Hayes went on to become the General Manager of the New Construction Division before being promoted to Vice President of Operations for the company.
Tom’s goals include the development of his team members throughout operations, as well as continuing to improve our operational efficiencies. To our customers, Hayes strives to make their experience one that will continue to re-enforce their decision to rely on Ace for current and future projects.
Ace Asphalt did a tremendous job getting in and completing the project within a week without one complaint from our local citizens.
